2024 Women's Volleyball Campaign
Elmhurst University Women's Volleyball is hosting their inaugural Mental Health Awareness Match on Friday, September 13, to work towards ending the stigma around student-athletes asking for help.
In coordination with the event, the Volleyball program is hoping to raise $4,000 to fund their own mental health work with Rob Samp, licensed profession counselor, sport and human performance consultant, and founder of RJS3 Counseling and Consulting. Rob has worked with the program over the past few years, helping the team's culture, cohesion, and overall wellness through individual counseling sessions and classroom sessions that help the team communicate better, build confidence, and have productive conflicts as teammates.

Sometimes when we are fighting ourselves on the Volleyball court, it's hard to battle our opponents as a team. We need your help to continue to provide this invaluable resource to our program, and hope this event can be an example to others that the Elmhurst Women's Volleyball team cares about and works on their mental health, and you should too.
In lieu of tickets, alumni, friends and parents can make a minimum $10 donation to this campaign. Students who make a minimum $5 donation will receive a "No Stigma" bracelet.
